J.T. Magen builds tech giant Yahoo in the former NYT building
Yahoo has taken four floors of the 767,000 sq. ft. former New York Times building, expanding their New York City present by 60 percent.

In order to attract employees, Yahoo plans to install the kind of amenities at the former Times building that are common at tech companies, including outdoor terraces and a cafeteria with an extensive menu of free food.
