J.T. Magen builds Schulte Roth & Zabel's NYC headquarters.

The office features pops of contrast, an internal staircase, multipurpose room, complete with collaboration & conference rooms.

We are excited to have extended the lease of our NY office through 2036. As we celebrate 45 years since the firm's founding, this is a particularly important moment for Schulte Roth & Zabel.
