J.T. Magen expands offices for ad agency Droga5 in lower Manhattan

The media shop more than doubled its space at 120 Wall Street.

“(Droga5’s growth) is part of a seismic shift that has taken place in Lower Manhattan over the past decade. They are absolutely representative of TAMI-type tenants coming to Lower Manhattan.

— Larry Silverstein, chairman, Silverstein Properties, in the New York Post

The space is designed so everyone shares in the daylight and views, while private offices are placed against the core, encased in glass.
