When the Team SoloMid (TSM) Performance Center opens soon in Los Angeles, it will cater to esports elite competitors and content creators with gaming practice and coaching facilities; spaces for content creation, streaming and editing; and areas for socializing, collaborating and relaxing.
It will also host the team behind the team – the organization’s 60 employees – in the innovative headquarters built by JTM Construction Group Inc. With 25,000 sq. ft. of space and a $50 million investment, the new TSM Performance Center is the largest and most expensive esports facility in North America.

Specialty finishes sourced from around the world will highlight the sophisticated renovation of the two-story lobby and other public spaces in The Standard, Downtown LA.
The makeover by JTM Construction Group Inc. includes the 26-foot-tall lobby, the second-floor bar with lobby overlook and an outdoor patio. Exotic materials include lava tile for the water feature, leather tile from France, marble from Italy, patio tile from Nicaragua and Olive Ash burl wood paneling throughout.
