Sean Murray was one of the first professionals to join Maurice Regan at J.T. Magen. His skills as an architect and construction manager complemented Maurice Regan’s acumen as a construction estimator, and the early work completed by this dynamic duo established the reputation of the company.

In his role directing the most notable and biggest budget jobs for J.T. Magen, Sean Murray supervises estimating and budgets, value engineering, subcontracts, scheduling and implementation, accounting and administration, regulatory filing and approvals, and completion.

This 30-year veteran of the construction industry conducts daily site visits to ensure quality control and schedule adherence. He is renowned for troubleshooting, and resolving problems and unforeseen issues. He interfaces constantly with clients, architects, engineers and other members of the project team.

Sean Murray earned his fellowship credential from the Chartered Institute of Building, the world’s largest organization for construction management and leadership, after completing a graduate degree in construction management at the University of North London.

He initiated his professional career as an architect with a degree from the Limerick Institute of Technology, and formal registration with the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland.
