Scope-of-Work:

Expansion of existing production Tier III Certified data center

Addition of 32,000sf of white space, two new paralleled 600v UPS systems

Expansion of existing medium voltage utility gear and generator plant to include four new 2 meg engines and new paralleling gear, new mechanical and critical load substations.

Installation of four new chillers, five new cooling towers, retrofit and repiping of existing towers and chillers.

Installation of Plate & Frame heat exchangers. Installation of 40 CRAHs.

Phased replacement of existing cooling towers/compaction grouting to stabilize existing equipment yard.

Extensive SCADA and EPMS systems including retrofit of existing equipment.

Off hour work and extensive MOPs for work in operational areas.

Recommissioning of entire facility
